ShowBrowserUI Method


Opens the specified browser dialog box.

Syntax

vReturn = external.ShowBrowserUI(sUI, null)

Parameters

sUI Required. String that specifies a browser dialog box, using one of the following values.
LanguageDialogOpens the Language Preference dialog box.
OrganizeFavoritesOpens the Organize Favorites dialog box.
PrivacySettingsMicrosoft® Internet Explorer 6 and later. Opens the Privacy Preferences dialog box.
ProgramAccessAndDefaultsMicrosoft Windows® XP Service Pack 1 (SP1) and later. Opens the Set Program Access and Defaults dialog box.
null Required. Null value.

Return Value

Variant. Return value is determined by the dialog box.

Example

This example uses the ShowBrowserUI method to open a particular dialog box when a button is clicked.
