First off, I would like to say this is my first tutorial. And if it is a bit sloppy, I'm sorry. This tutorial is made for the complete newbie. So let's get going!
1-Create some dynamic text. Give it a var. of "score"(without the "")
2-Create an object that you want to use for your rollover. Make it into a button.
3-Add this code to the button:
on (rollOver) {
_root.score = _root.score+1;
}
4-Insert however many frames you want for it to wait for you.(For example, I put 20.)
5-On the 21st frame, create a key frame.
6-Make some more dynamic text and give it a var. of "tellscore".
