This is my first tutorial, so go soft on me

1.
First select the Rounded Rectangle Tool. at around 60px radius, color it any way you like, then you should have something like this

Now Right click your layer. click blending options, then stroke. and add theese settings

Now add theese bevel & emboss settings

Continue with adding a inner glow


5.
Go to this tutorial for the Scanline overlay
Scanlines overlay
Now choose pattern overlay and add the "scanlines" pattern

Now CTRL+CLICK on your layer. select the Elliptical marquee tool, check Substract From Selection, and draw something like this

Now select the gradient tool and make a straight line from about the end of the outer stroke, and up to the top or abit higher.

Now add some text. any type you want. basicly black color but you can choose any other.


9.
Now copy that layer. select the layer, CTRL+T, Rightclick and select "flip vertical"
Now drag the copied layer that you just flipped. so it starts looking like a mirror

10.
Now select the eraser tool, Airbrush, at around 100-130px.


Draw a straight line on it so you get something like this


This is my result. i'm sure you can make a better-looking one. play around with blending options settings / colors , about anything! good luck. hope you liked the tutorial, keep in mind it is my first. and i hope its usefull to some of you

i dont know the name cause i got a fontpack i bought and its only font1,font2 etc etc. but i think you'll find it if you just search around at some font sites
