step 2

skin
-------
1.) Open the image in Photoshop

2.) Create a new empty layer and rename it to skin

3.) Select a soft brush with about 20px and full opacity. choose a skin tone color like #efc2a5. Now color careful every skin part. Maybe on some part you want to lower the brush size a little bit.

4.) Set the blend mode to color and the opacity to 62%.

step 3

lips
------
1.) Create a new empty layer and rename it lips.

2.) With a small soft brush 10px and a bright red start to color the lips. I used #eb3232 as color.

3.) This time we will blend the layer with overlay. Lower the opacity till you like it, I think it should be about 33%.

step 4

hair
------
1.) One more time create a new layer and name it hair. Actually we will color here the hairs and eyebrows.

2.) Again choose a small soft brush and a hair color which you like. I used #322109.

3.) Once you are ready with coloring set the blend mode to color and leave the opacity at 100%.

step 5

Eyes
---------------
1) Create again an empty layer and name it eyes

2.) With a soft and small brush and the eye color (#23355f) of your choose color the eyes.

3.) As blend mode use Soft light and lower the opacity to 80%.
