Creating a milky sky |
| Create a new file of 200x200 pixel wide. |
| Go to filter>render>clouds. Press control+f until you have this effect :- |
 |
| Press control+u to open hue/saturation dailog box. Apply these values :- |
 |
| Image after applying hue/stauration |
 |
| Create a new layer by pressing shift+control+n |
| Use high featherd brush to draw a circle in the middle of canvas. Use #02C3FA color for drawing. |

| Go to filter>distort>waves and apply these values :- |
 |
| Image after applying wave filter :- |
 |
| Now press control+d to duplicate the layer :- |
 |
| Press control+t and drag the layer to fit in the canvas. |
 |
| Change its layer mode to 'Overlay' |
 |
| Send this layer back by pressing shift+control+{ |
 |
| Again duplicate the layer, but this time, change its layer mode to normal. |
| Go to filter>render>lense flare... and apply these values :- |
 |
| Image after applying lense flare effect :- |
 |
| Again duplicate the layer and this time change its blending mode to dissolve. Reduce its opacity around 5-8%. Our image is ready :) |
