Open photoshop and start a document that is 100x30 pixels.
Step 2
Make your foreground color #f0690f, and your background color #ffffff. Now take your gradient tool, using reflective gradient and click in the middle of your image, hold down, pull up and let go. You should have something like this:

Hold down CTRL and Press A, this should select your entire image, now hold CTRL and press C and then hold CTRL again and press V, this should copy it to a new layout, now right click your new Layer and go to Blending options. Use these settings.
Step 4
Merge all your layers by going to Layer -> Merge Layers
Step 5
Now hold CTRL and Press A again, change your foreground color to #000000 and go to Edit -> Stroke and use default settings.
