[10] Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.
[11] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[12] Duplicate this layer and place it like me.
[13] Take the Pen Tool create a shape like this.
[14] Choose Brush Tool to and set properties like this.
[15] Set the foreground color to white, Take the Pen Tool again right click select Stroke Path use these settings.
[16] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[17] Dulicate these layers and place it like me.
[18] Add 5 dots with colored outer-glow.
[19] Then finally, you can add your screens, wether is is a game, or a movie.. go ahead
