[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Take the Pen Tool create a shape.
[3] Right click select make selection, create a new a layer fill the selection with black.
[4] For this shape add the following layer styles.
[5] Create the following shape with the help of Pen Tool, make a new layer fill with black.
[6] Take the brush tool.
[7] Set the foregroung color.
[8] Make a new layer create the following shadding with brush tool.
[9] Create a rectangle on the top using rectangular shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Perspective. Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown.
[10] Create a new layer right click select make selection fill the selection with black, now add the following layer styles.
[11] Cntl+click the previous shape layer to make a selection, go to Select>Modify>Contact Selection 7px, make a new layer fill with grey color.
[12] Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
[13] Create a circle using elliptical shape tool, color is #f6b708.
[14] Add the following layer styles.
[15] Create a two small circle using elliptical shape tool.
[16] Create a new shape with the help of Pen Tool.
[17] Choose Gradient to and set properties like this.
[18] Make a new layer, create a shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool, Apply gradient to selection to get the result like this.
[19] Now I will add a logo.
