Here we will tell you how to make a Photoshop-fireball-sphere-meteor-effect in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape and fill with Black color.

[3] Now go to Blending Option select the Gradient Overlay use these settings.

[4] You should now have the following image.

[5] Take the Pen Tool create a new shape as shown image below.

[6] Make the selection, create a new layer and fill with Black color.

[7] Go to Blending Option select the Gradient Overlay use these settings.

[8] You should now have the following image.

[9] Now arrange the layer as shown image below.

[10] Make the copy of previous shape layer.

[11] Now press Cntl+T, Transform Selection to Minimize your shape layer.

[12] Then take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a shape and fill with White color.

[13] And now set the Opacity as shown fig below.

[14] You should now have the following image.

[15] Now take the Shape Tool and choose this one.

[16] Make the new layer, create a shape and fill with White color.

[17] And now set the Opacity as shown fig below.

[18] You should now have the following image.

[19] Now take the Brush Tool use the following settings.

[20] And then set the Foreground Color as shown fig below.

[21] Create a new layer using the Brush Tool as shown fig below.

[22] Now take the Text Tool write your text.

[23] Go to Blending Option use these settings.

[24] Now you should have something like the final image.
