Creating a button.
- Open a new document 640*480 pixel.
- Create a new layer.
- Select Rounded Rectangle Tool, draw a rectagle 150*30 pixel.
- Select pen tool, right click and select "Make selection" now you've got a rectangle selection.
- fill color #0452CA into selection (or other color you want).
- Now you got a blue button. |

Layer Style - Bevel and Emboss
- Right click on button layer, then select Blending option.
- Select Bevel and emboss, set size =2, soften = 2, hilight mod opacity =50, shadow mode opacity = 25 and click ok!

Making a sleek.
- Create a new layer, then select Rectagular Marquee tool.
- Draw a selection like image above.
- Select Gradient Tool, select white as foreground color, select foreground to tranparent, select Reflected Gradient.
- Drag Gradient Tool from top of selection to the bottom.
- Press Ctrl+D to deselect, adjust a little bit opacity.
- Ctrl+ click on your button layer to make selection, then go to Select > Inverse, click back on your sleek layer and press delete key on your key board.
