Hello, now Im going to show you how to make small flag icons.
Step 1 Open a document File->New... and use the dimensions Width:25px and Height:15px and Background Contents: Transparent.
Im going to draw the United States of America flag so i need the colours blue (#175ab5), white (#f7f7f7) and red (#ec0000).
Step 2 First of all zoom in to 1600% so its much easier to work. Choose the Rectangle Tool an press Fill pixels
Draw a 13x8px rectangle with the blue color (#175ab5).
Step 3 Draw 1px red (#ec0000) lines with the Pencil or Line tool.
Step 4 Do like step 3 but with white (#f7f7f7) color.
Step 5 Take the Pencil Tool size 1px and place dots on the blue rectangular, thats symbolize the stars.
Step 6Draw a black (#000000) border 1px with the Line Tool and set the Opacity to 40%.
Step 7 Apply Gradient Overlay on your flag now with these setting:
