hw_api->dstanchors -- Returns a list of all destination anchors

dstanchors ( array parameter)
Retrieves all destination anchors of an object. The parameter array
contains
the required element 'objectIdentifier' and the optional elements
'attributeSelector' and 'objectQuery'.
